you supply if you report a problem with our Site or Services to us. This covers information we learn about
you from: letters, faxes, emails, texts & other digital messaging, calls, face-to-face conversations you
have with us.
- We will also collect usage and technical information related to your use of our Site and Services, including
your device ID, mobile carrier, time zone setting, operating system and platform, IP address and other
