A Vintage Defined by Elegance and Precision

It is precisely this balance that bestows upon the 2014 Montrachet its character: one of intricacy, poise, and enduring potential.

On partaking this noble pour, the palate is graced with a kaleidoscope of sensations - a mesmeric dance of honeyed peaches entwined with subtle notes of toasted hazelnuts. The minerality is distinct; a stony baseline resonating to the tune of Burgundy’s esteemed lineage. The 2016 Meursault 1er Cru Charmes is superb, unfurling in the glass with aromas of crisp peaches, apples, dried white flowers, honeycomb and oatmeal. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, satiny and pure, with a deep, concentrated and multidimensional core, vibrant acids and a long finish. There's plenty of tight-knit structure and dry extract here, so this should be a long-lived Charmes.
